Beginner's, advanced, pre-natal and pre or post-surgery modifications tailor your session to your unique needs.

Group Yoga Class

55 MINUTES $120 • 90 MINUTES $150

Want to bring yoga to your family and friends? Introduce your loved ones to this healing practice by scheduling a small group session, customized to your preferences. 


Reiki 

45 MINUTES $90 • 90 MINUTES $160

I have completed Level II Reiki training. Discover how the healing power of Reiki energy can guide you through emotional or physical challenges. Reiki can transform how you feel and bring ease into the body, mind and spirit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can easily do so by contacting me directly via phone or email, I'm happy to help you. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show for your appointment, you will be asked to pay for your missed appointment in full, prior to booking a future appointment or have your session taken from your package. I understand there are true emergencies and will accommodate in the situation.
