Daily • 60-90 MINUTES

Yoga is great for strength and flexibility not only in your physical body, but also in your mind and spirit. I teach several studio classes every week, and most months lead at least one workshop as well. I also lead private sessions almost every day. Check out my schedule and come get your sweat on.

 

Meditation

Daily • 5-30 MINUTES

I lead regular corporate sessions and workshops on meditation, and help my health coaching clients learn how to meditate too. It is important to start slow and steady when trying to bring in a new habit. Start with even 3 minutes a day for a week and add on a minute every week or so. Just take your time with something you want to last your whole life.
