Allow yourself to be inspired by this video of Nandi Bushell playing the drums with the Foo Fighters back in August.
If you haven't seen it or know the story, this young and amazing musician, Nandi, has become a legend via her YouTube videos playing the classics.
She challenged Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters/Nirvana to a drum challenge at the beginning of covid and he accepted. It was heart warming that this amazing veteran musician took the challenge. Like others, I found the clear connection between Nandi and Dave in the video to be an uplifting moment -- in short supply, some days.
And also, her drumming face is epic as she played like she were in the band, Kiss. To be so vulnerable AND play so well literally without skipping a beat - pun intended! Have a watch, enjoy and let me know what you think!
