Jessica has a gentle way of teaching that is calming and yet pushes you at the same time. She begins classes by checking in with us, and then she attends to the needs of our particular bodies on any given day. She modifies poses for us with the effect of stretching us without over-doing it. Each class is unique; no two classes are exactly the same.Jessica is a wealth of knowledge and provides us with so much more than just a yoga class! Whether it's yoga, nutrition or other wellness advice, she offers a true mind and body experience. After class, we feel restored and strengthened and ready to tend to whatever might come next!
