Date: Nov. 8th | Time: 1-4 EDT

These are especially trying times for those of us who deal with bouts of anxiety or depression (i.e. all of us).

Some of our most important forms of ‘therapy’—being with friends & family, going to the gym and even connecting with coworkers—have been limited (albeit for important public health objectives).

Join me for this grounding 2-hour workshop and learn some new ‘treatments’ for dealing with anxiety and depression centered around yoga, meditation and breathwork.

The workshop includes:

✨ Gentle movements and stretches for a deeper connection to the body

✨ Specific poses and sequences to alleviate stress

✨ Carefully selected breath-centered exercises for deep relaxation

✨ Meditations for times when we’re feeling especially anxious or depressed

✨ Journaling, resting visualization and other tools

“If you are depressed you are living in" the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present.”
