Life keeps shifting and likely many of you are working from home or are now fully contained to home. Keeping up your health is quite vital to ensure more peace of mind, body and spirit as we work with our new circumstances.

Below are a few reminders on how to navigate life right now and to share with you that I’m offering MORE online classes! Take a look see!

Streaming Yoga

Tuesday 5:30pm (Hamstrings + Hips focus)
Wednesday 12:10pm (with Music)
Thursday 5:30pm (Shoulders + Spine focus)
Friday 7:30am
Saturday 10am (with Music)

I know for many these are financially challenging times, so I am pleased to offer these classes at no cost. If your circumstances allow, donations can be made below {recommended $10/class}. Another way you can support this offering is by sharing it with your friends on social media and encouraging them to join.

Practicing yoga together—even virtually—is a great way for all of us to feel a little more grounded and connected during this turbulent time.

It’ll help you {and ME!} get through this very intense period.

  2. Sign up for the date/time of the class of your choice by submitting your email below.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address with the link to our Live Zoom Online Yoga Class. Bookmark that link and use it to join at class time!

Navigating Difficult Times

A Few Reminders:

  • Remember what’s important. This too shall pass. Do the things you need to get through this period and at the same time remember the things that are important. Only in the dark can you really see the light.
  • Shine brighter! Now is the time to lead. You’ve been doing the work for this moment! Keep being brave.
  • Take absolute care of yourself. Create some daily rituals for yourself like a long walk, running (if you can safely with the appropriate social distance), yoga, meditation, journaling and touch base with at least two friends each day in addition to your work-work. Keep up your daily calendar for your days ahead.
  • Learn something new. Work on yourself by reading, listening to audiobooks, listening to podcasts, learning how to make your own podcast, and seeking good information on things you’ve always wanted to learn.
