Who’s Behind the Checklist?

Hi, I’m Jessica Sandhu, health coach and yoga teacher based in D.C.

I developed this checklist after years of working with my clients to overcome their emotional eating habits. For years, I struggled myself, reaching for food to fill up the places inside that felt empty and unworthy. Through doing the work to curb my own habits and helping my clients do the same, I’ve found that it is possible to feed our bodies what they need and crave.

This is possible for you, too.

Emotional eating can feel debilitating and it looks different in every person. But, there is a way out, and I hope these simple yet powerful strategies outlined in my checklist give you some new tools to use on your own. You deserve to be free and live fully!
