As a certified health coach and yoga instructor, I truly believe we can heal our bodies with food and movement. I also believe that each body is individual - that we all have a unique way of eating and living that’s best for us. That’s why I create customized plans that fit your specific needs to optimize your health and cultivate the life you deserve!
